Powerups
Green powerups are good, red powerups are bad.
Speed up	Makes you move faster.
Speed down	Well, duh.
+1 Life	Gives you an extra life.
-1 Life	Takes away a life. (Does not cancel other powerups)
Lives Cancel	Takes away all extra lives. (Does not cancel other powerups)
Maximum Firepower	Allows you to have six shots on the screen at once.
Spread Shot	Gives you maximum firepower and the shots spread out.
