Slime Volleyball Gameplay
The game may either be played against a computer, or against somebody else. To start the game, a round circle (the volleyball) is dropped from the top of the screen onto one of the slimes. The slime then has to move and jump to get the volley ball over the net and onto the other slim without the ball hitting the bottom of the screen. The other slime then attempts to hit the ball over the net to the other side again, and that repeats until the ball hits the bottom of the screen. When the ball hits the bottom the screen, the slime whose side the ball did not hit the bottom of gets the point. The game ends when a slime has got a designated number of points.
Slime Volleyball Techniques
Skim Serve: You move a little forwards when serving, the ball hits you, the back wall, you again, and then slides over the net.
Reverse Skim Serve: You move a little backwards when serving, and the ball slides over the net.
Wabam Slam / Psycho Smash: Can only be made when on fire. You hit the ball forward and then hit it a second time, directly down. The psycho slime does this sometimes.
Bastard Serve: A serve where you smash. Often used by the angry slime.
Throw: The ball seems to be stuck to you for a moment, and then you release it.
The CEO: A technique where you hit the ball repeatedly up in the air on your own court without hitting the back wall, in order to get in position for a smash.
The Opa Opa: Hit it against the back wall, then hit it again so it ends in the back of your opponents court.
The Oldest Trick in the Book / The Oldest: Hit the ball against the back wall, and then pretend to hit it again as in the Opa Opa, but you don't, so the ball lands in the front part of your opponents court. Since its difficult for your opponent to see if you'll make the Opa Opa or the oldest trick in the book, it is a dangerous move. The master slime often does this.
